Most cleaning will be charged by the hour.

In some cases, we can offer a flat rate.​

Minimum booking time is 2 hours.

18-20% of booking revenue

This fee covers all the basics:

​account set-up

overseeing of daily operations

​guest communications

cleaning management

inventory management​

​

Add-ons are charged separately.

8-12% of rent revenue

You will also be charged a one time fee equaling 50% of one months rent.
